¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)
½ cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
2 tbsp granola (preferably low-sugar)
1 tbsp mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans), chopped
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Prepare the berries by rinsing and slicing (if needed).
In a serving glass or bowl, add a layer of Greek yogurt.
Add a layer of berries, followed by a sprinkle of granola and chopped nuts.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with berries and nuts on top.
Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if you like extra sweetness.
Dust with cinnamon for extra flavor (optional).
