Rainbow Fruit Salad with Mint & Lime

A refreshing rainbow fruit salad made with pineapple, watermelon, grapes, berries, and a hint of lime and mint. Naturally sweet, hydrating, and packed with vitamins — the perfect light dessert or snack.

Fruit Salad

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

  • 1 cup watermelon cubes

  • 1 cup strawberries, halved

  • 1 cup grapes (red or green)

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the fruit: Wash, peel, and chop all fruits into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Mix the salad: In a large bowl, combine all the fruit.

  3. Add the dressing: Drizzle lime juice and honey over the fruit, then toss gently.

  4. Finish with mint: Sprinkle with chopped mint leaves for freshness.

  5. Chill and serve: Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes before serving for best flavor.
